Currently one of our clients is looking to connect with senior experts that have extensive experience in state budget preparations and has been a part of the finance department (former/retired). They want to understand in case of large infrastructure projects where significant funding is coming in from foreign governments, in which component of the receipts/balance sheet does this funding reflect in.
