Client is looking to understand the finance and accounting activities carried out by shared services in India. Client is looking to speak with senior experts in leading organizations in the Telecom and FMCG sector - who are responsible for supporting the domestic finance and accounting shared services operations in their respective organizations (examples of key processes include: – accounts payables/receivables, general accounting, FP&A, tax, strategic vendor management etc.) They want to understand the typical scale of operations, breadth and complexity of services delivered, major KPIs and SLAs to adhere to, the general overall organization and governance structure etc.
