Customer Service Organization for Channel Partners 12/11/2015
One of our Client is trying to understand how different companies address satisfaction/product complaints/claims / other issues of channel partners? For e.g. Is there an equivalent of a ¡®customer-service function¡¯ for channel partners housed within the marketing function of a company. Generally telcos and companies like Uber/Ola have a separate function/organization to deal with queries/complaints etc. coming from channel partners.
