One of our clients is trying to get in touch with some senior experts to understand how is the procurement done (central tender, rate contracts, zonal/local purchase), criteria for selection of vendors, new branch addition, how cash and documents are handled & stored in the branches, what are the equipments procured in new branch, how many of the existing branches have physical security equipment and electronic safety systems.
