Did they start from scratch, or acquire another player, or enter into some strategic alliances? b. What are the challenges they face on an ongoing basis with the in-house team? c. How do they ensure acquisition and retention of high-quality talent in their development teams? 5. What have been the major pros/cons of doing in-house vs. outsourced development in their experience? (based on criteria such as cost, speed of execution, quality of output, degree of control etc.) 6. Whether they have explored strategic alliances/acquisitions of development agencies for their media houses? 7. From a technology standpoint, what is the journey of a news article from an editor's desk to the web portal? How are the synergies between print and digital edit teams exploited technologically?
