We are working with a client on IT Sourcing practises of Enterprises in Europe across Verticals and regions( Nordics, Continental Europe and UK)
Some of the questions that we have are:
1. Trends in nature of deals (Transformation, Bundled etc.,)
2. Key success factors for Providers to win deals (Relationship, Price, Breadth of Offering, etc.,)
3. Specific insights from current sourcing practises that will help IT Service providers scale their Europe business
Some or the organization which are of focus are HCL or TCS; and people at mid-tier firms like Mindtree or Hexaware etc.
