One of our clients wants to speak with experts who have experience working in coastal shipping in India. We are looking for someone who have operated coastal trading operations using barges in India, is aware of the economics of operation of coastal vessels, is aware of the government regulations around operating coastal vessels & associated port charges and can give some information on the cost of setting up a private jetty for loading barges and the regulations around the same.
