They are looking for someone who has worked in a senior role in companies like Gencorp, Vale, Rio Tinto, etc., someone with experience on identifying/ developing thermal coal reserves with focus on countries like Myanmar, Botswana, Mozambique, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Canada will be helpful.
