Our client is looking for a senior executive who could also act as an Independent Board Member who can help the organization in the chemicals business in locating potential acquisition targets in India. The organization has a revenue of about US$ 80 million and is looking at inorganic growth strategies to reach US$ 100 million in the next one year. Ideal candidate will have experience of JVs / M&As, preferably in the chemical business.
