1. Best possible coal stockyard management design for a particular plant
2. Best practices of coal stock handling in India
3. Give a sense of loss in GCV that could be expected due to various issues including: a) sampling error (given that samples are being collected from wagon top), b) slow oxidation / spontaneous combustion, c) moisture ingress (both due to sprinkling of water as well as adsorption when crushing), d) any other reason
