Evaluating supply chain forecasting process in SEA retail sector

Currently one of our clients is looking to speak with retail industry experts having experience in forecasting process and KPI for related parties in the process. They are doing a study to improve the supply chain capability by designing a forecasting process for retailers in South East Asia. Experts from prominent players such as Big C, 7Eleven, Tesco, FairPrice, FamilyMart etc will be preferred.
