Evaluating tourism acceleration in Vietnam

Currently one of our clients is looking to connect with senior experts who has been previously involved in tourism acceleration activities in Vietnam. They are trying to understand what were he major drivers behind increase in number of foreign tourists to Dalat, Vietnam in particular. Former members of tourism board/ministry or government agency responsible for tourism acceleration in the state will be preferred.
