Overview of 3D Modeling in Integrated Transmission Line Systems.

One of our clients is looking to talk to senior industry experts who can help them understanding which tools can provide 3D models to visualize integrated transmission line system. They are looking for a tool that can provide them the integrated 3D view of the whole line; what 3D models / tools are used globally for visualizing integrated T/L system; can these tools provide 3D model of the tower showing detailed model of all members, angles, nuts and bolts and their connections.
