One of our client has made an investment in the healthcare industry in Indonesia and is looking for Independent Directors for the Board. The project is a small chain of clinics focusing on IVF and our client has plans to expand its operations beyond Jakarta and have at least 10 clinics across Indonesia in one year. Potential Independent Director(s) should have experience at senior positions in running hospitals and should have been involved in expansion plans of the same.
