• Turnaround times for claims settlement
• Major changes brought to achieve fast turnaround ¨C e.g. internal organization set-up (customer/ dealer grievance cell), technology enablement, etc.
• Policy details for settlement of claims with customers/ distributors ¨C whether goods replaced or credit note issued, movt of damaged goods in the system
