One of our clients is trying to get in touch with some senior experts to understand how does the company target to capture big retailers - Is it through direct dealership/ special offering through existing distributor; is there a special model - Pricing & margin (how is it different from what is offered to normal retailers), Company sales team support, Branding & merchandizing support; If they are catered directly through company, how is the territory demarcation done.
