One of our clients is trying to get in touch with CXOs of top diagnostic lab chains and government or private hospitals with diagnostic labs having microbiology section (both automated and manual testing process). They wanted to understand automated microbiology testing instruments (especially for blood culture & ID/AST); factors look into while purchasing testing instruments; how are decisions on quantity, brand, pricing a placement of these instruments taken.
