LPG market experts in the Eastern Side of the country

One of our client is looking for experts from the LPG Industry in India. They are looking for the following expertise:
1. Market Expert
a. Someone who understands the LPG demand assessment in India with specific focus on the Eastern States (Odisha, WB, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, AP)
b. Expert should be able to answer questions on the category wise demand growth (domestic, industrial, commercial) across key states
c. Should understand the potential demand for direct sales of LPG in the region to private players (not OMCs)
d. Provide information on the upcoming bottling plants, import terminals in the region
2. Technical Expert
a. Technical understanding of an import terminal with inputs on capital cost, detailed operating cost for the terminal
