Ideally who has experience in working with top most players like KPMG, EY, PwC, McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, Accenture, Protiviti. The experts are expected to bring deep understanding of risk advisory services (cybersecurity, IT audit and assurance, GRC, internal audit, Financial Risk Management). The focus is to have experts experienced in service delivery from offshore (India, Philippines, China), and nearshore (Central and Eastern Europe, Baltic States, Ireland, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Latin America and Caribbean) geographies.
specifically looking to probe the following areas:
• Global delivery network strategy (offshore and nearshore footprint, alignment with demand for next generation technologies, growth outlook across geographies)
• Operating model assessment (work placement across nearshore/offshore, level of mobility between client and delivery centers, impact of automation on headcount and delivery pyramids)
• Growth outlook in select competencies and technologies (investment in technologies such as cyber, next generation competencies likely to drive growth such as analytics, cloud, mobility, automation)
• Comparison of pricing/billing rates (typical billing rate for Risk Advisory in the EMEA and the Latin America, premium for cybersecurity)
