Looking to talk to Key stakeholders in a few enterprise merchants (>1000 Cr in turnover) across the 4 industries below:
Education (Colleges and School chains which have and offline presence) (Likes of Amit University, Delhi Public School)
Hospital Chains (Likes of Apollo Hospitals/Fortis/Manipal etc.)
Hospitality (Hotel Chains – likes of Marriott/Sarovar Portico/etc.)
Omni-Channel Retail (Merchants with both online and offline presence – the likes of Shopper Stop/Reliance Digital/Chroma/StanMax etc.)
Profile:
The Employee should understand the overall “Payments” /Cash Flow Management of the business at a corporate level; We need to broadly understand which Payment Gateway they use for their respective online website, and which POS machines do they use for their offline payments and why. Need to understand how they integrate/reconcile their payments coming from different customers channels (Offline POS vs Online PG), and if there is a need for an integrated solution providing both.
Looking to do 3-4 calls across each of the 4 industries. Please do vet the expert. He/she should be a key stakeholder in choosing the payments gateway/POS for the respective enterprise merchant.
