Understanding unit economics of new vehicle-renting and mobility models

One of our clients is looking to connect with experts to understand the types and more importantly, the economics of new vehicle-renting and mobility models (e.g. on-demand car rental from the street using an app etc.). They are looking to talk with people who can explain the economics of these models (margins, minimum scale needed, upfront investments etc.) - especially in the UK and Germany but also in Europe/US more broadly.
