Client is looking to connect experts based out of Philippines who can give a generic understanding on people costs (i.e. compensation costs) for the staff across functions in scope, talent model adopted for HR Operation function (e.g., scale, talent profile, support staff ratio, sourcing mix etc.), non-people costs (e.g. facilities cost, transportation costs, tech cost etc) as well as typical scale of teams on talent profiles.
