Currently one of our clients is trying to evaluate IT and Finance functions in Indian NBFCs. In this regards they are looking to connect to senior professionals who can comment on the basic organization structure of the vertical as a whole and of relevant sub-functions. Professionals from leading firms like Bajaj Finance, Cholamandalam, L&T Finance, Aditya Birla Finance etc will be preferred.
