Consultation Process Overview
- Experts apply to or are recruited to Association of Industry Leaders based on specific industry knowledge. Applicants choose an hourly consulting rate and provide their profile. Approved Members can participate in consulting projects.
- Clients contact Insight Alpha for help with a specific project. Clients send inquiries to Insight Alpha requesting information about industry trends, products and services, or other important topics.
- IAAIL members are invited to participate in open projects. Based on information provided in their profiles, Members may be invited by email to participate in a telephone consultation, online survey, written or in-person meeting with a client.
- IAAIL Members accept the invitation to participate. Project invitations may be accepted or declined for any reason. Members and clients arrange a time for their telephone consultation, surveys are conducted online, or Insight Alpha assists in the logistics of an in-person meeting.
- Participating IAAIL Members are promptly paid for their time.
Open Projects
Search and apply for open projects . Tell us why you are suitable for consulting on the project. You are free to apply for several projects at the same time. We will review your application and if there is a match we will be in touch with you. We recommend you visit the open projects page periodically. Refer an expert if you know someone who may be a good fit. We pay $150 (Rs 6450) as soon as we work with the expert you referred
Email and SMS Alerts
During your application you were asked for key words which best described your expertise. To add, change or delete alerts go the Alerts tab on this page. Open projects are matched automatically to keywords in profiles and Email or SMS alerts are sent out inviting member experts to view the open project.
Recommended Projects
Recommended projects are open projects which match certain keywords in your profile. These projects are likely be relevant to your area of expertise.
Referrals
The referral section lists all expert referrals you have made till date.
Market your expertise
Market your expertise and increase your revenues by being proactive and conducting webinars, seminars on topics in your area of expertise. These web seminars and seminars can be attended by your industry peers as well as Insight Alpha clients. Contact Insight Alpha at seminars@insightalpha.com

Keeping your profile current as well as populating it with specific & relevant details is key to getting matched to more client requests.
