Vice President/ Head of Global Delivery

Position Description: The India based Head of Global Delivery position requires a senior-level professional who will

  • ensure excellent project execution and adherence to Insight Alpha client service and compliance standards. 
  • build, manage and coach a team of delivery managers while handling escalations related to client issues and other major firm initiatives to create productive and positive outcomes.
  • develop robust training, performance evaluation, and quality control standards for on-boarding new employees, training them inInsight Alpha and project execution best practices, and maintaining best-in-class client service
  • continue to strategically build expert network in India and other Asian countries by ensuring that Insight Alpha experts contains key industry thought leaders, former policymakers, key lobbyists, partners at the world’s leading law and accounting firms, and leading academics around the world.
  • launch relationship building, retention, and other communications campaigns designed to extend the reach of the Insight Alpha in the relevant sectors and win expert loyalty to the Insight Alpha consulting platform.
  • ensure global compliance and confidentiality standards
  • work closely with sales and other service professionals to ensure the delivery of the highest quality client solution in the most efficient manner
  • serve as interface with Insight Alpha clients, leading members of the Insight Alpha expert network, and multiple internal departments to identify and drive major firm initiatives designed to grow revenue

Expected Background: For this specific position, the following factors will strengthen an applicant’s candidacy: 

  • 5-10 years of work experience in a professional services firm
  • Demonstrated performance in an operations management role with some or all of the following characteristics:
  • Success working in complex multi-task team environments
  • A successful track record in hiring and building a business unit within a large organization, especially in managing large pools of professionals
  • Sales, negotiation, or networking with high-end professionals
Leading or participating on business-to-business client service teams
