One of our clients is looking for senior experts (Head of Procurement/R&D/Product Planning or similar position) from 2W OEMs. They want to discuss and understand procurement/R&D organization and cross functional collaboration; initiatives to reduce development time and material cost/overhead cost; process and stakeholders of target cost management; bottom up costing methods, source of insight to reduce target cost etc.
